1. Shipping Methods and Timelines:
a. Domestic Shipping: We offer standard domestic shipping within the European Union with PostNL due to having the lowest carbon emission per parcel of any major Dutch delivery company. If you require expedited shipping, we offer DHL or UPS as a last resort.  We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is typically 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or customs delays may affect delivery times. We provide tracking information for all domestic orders to help you track your shipment.
b. International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to all countries with PostNL due to having the lowest carbon emission per parcel of any major delivery company. If you require expedited shipping, we offer DHL or UPS as a last resort. The estimated delivery time for international orders varies based on the destination and customs clearance processes. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control. We provide tracking information for all international orders, but tracking updates may be limited in some cases due to the postal service policies in the destination country.

2. Shipping Charges:
a. Domestic Shipping: We offer a flat a flat shipping fee of €5 on all orders within the Netherlands and elsewhere in the EU. Please note that additional charges apply for expedited shipping.
b. International Shipping: We offer a flat fee of €20 for all international orders. Please note that additional charges apply for expedited shipping.

Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by the destination country are not included in the shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Order Processing and Shipment:
a. Order Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders within 3 business days after the order is placed. However, please allow for additional processing time during peak seasons, sales, or promotional events.
b. Shipment Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package and estimate the delivery date.
c. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
a. Lost Shipments: In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
b. Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and items and contact our customer support team within 2 business days of receiving the package. We may request additional information to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. Please retain all packaging materials and do not discard any items until the issue has been resolved.
