Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries! We want you to be completely happy with every item you buy. We understand that sometimes you need to see and feel the product to be sure it’s right for you. You can return your purchase for an exchange or a refund, as long as it meets the following criteria.

We offer a 14-days return policy for unused, unwashed items, and those returned in their original packaging with tags intact. Please note that the following items are non-returnable/non-refundable:

  • Customised items

  • Gift cards

  • Partially used gift cards

  • Shipping costs

  • Customs duties and government taxes

Important: For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. We recommend reviewing the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order. Thank you for understanding!

How to Return a Product
 Follow these 3 simple steps to return your product:

  1. Email your return request to info@charkhaandloom.com, including the reason for return, within 14 days of your purchase. We would love your feedback as it helps us improve.

  2. We’ll verify your request.

  3. We’ll send you instructions for returning the item.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, since we are a small business. We appreciate your understanding. 

Once we receive the return, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email whether your refund or exchange has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method and may take 15-20 working days to appear in your account. If you notice any delays, feel free to reach out to us at info@charkhaandloom.com.

For exchanges, you’ll receive an email with tracking details once your new item ships.

Handcrafted Items
Each product is uniquely handcrafted by skilled artisans, and slight irregularities in design may occur, adding to its charm and individuality. If you have concerns about any irregularities or believe they are unacceptable, please contact us at info@charkhaandloom.com. Providing photos will help us better assist you.
